Born in Sion, Switzerland, to a family with roots in Paros, Greece, Andreas grew up surrounded by both Greek culinary traditions and the precision of European cuisine. He works alongside his father at their family-owned Greek restaurant in the Swiss Alps, where he has gained years of professional kitchen experience.

Fluent in French and Greek, Andreas combines his multicultural background with a deep respect for authentic Mediterranean flavors. Known for his consistency, humility, and calm approach in the kitchen, he believes that a chef's work should speak through every dish rather than through words.
